Registration

To get access to Ivacy services in full you need to register. During registration you will create an account with a password (providing an e-mail address is optional – you'll need it in case you forget your password) and supply your payment details. The site Administration undertakes not to misuse the registration data in any way and not disclose it to any third parties.

Your IP-address

Ivacy doesn't collect IP-address statistics on its users. Such information can only be sometimes required to check payments authenticity. The site Administration undertakes not to misuse the IP-address statistics in any way and not disclose it to any third parties.

Cookies

Ivacy uses cookies when necessary. Cookies are only employed where there's a need to store technical identification information after a user logs in. They are never used to store any other information (login names, passwords, financial, etc.). If you switch cookies off you might experience problems accessing parts of the site which require being logged in.

Your personal information

After you have used the site for some time certain information may be accumulated at your account (such as messages to and from tech support, usage statistics, etc.). The site Administration undertakes not to publish such information and not to use it in any other way (unless there’s a special agreement between a user and the site to the contrary).

Your payment information

When paying for the Ivacy services users need to provide certain information such as credit card details to the payments processing company contacted by the site Administration. Please note that any personal payment details are UNAVAILABLE to the site Administration. However, the site Administration undertakes to provide maximum safety and never to disclose any other information related to payments. Information on a payment transaction is encrypted with an SSL protocol with a 1024 bit key.

Other personal information

It is in the own interest of the Administration to keep users' personal information safe and secret. So any other type of personal information not mentioned above (except for specially agreed instances) is to be kept safe and secret.

You agree that you will use the services provided by Administration at your own responsibility and consent. All services are provided to you "as is" without any guarantee obligations on the part of the Administration (except for specially mentioned instances).

The Administration doesn't guarantee that you will in any way profit or benefit from using the services. You agree NOT to appeal to the Administration with regard to the quality of the services or any damage incurred during the use or getting access to of the services provided by Administration.
