What are the ways of payment? How can I top up my balance?

Ivacy accepts VISA, MASTER CARD debit and credit cards.

To top up your personal account at Ivacy.com you need to be a registered user. After you'd signed in you'll be able to choose a way of payment in the Balance section.

Press the Add Money button and top up with a debit or credit card.

Then simply choose a way of payment: Credit card, indicate the sum you want to put to your balance and input the card details. The money will appear on your balance once your payment has been processed.

What are the prices for Ivacy services?

In Ivacy you pay for the incoming and outgoing traffic at the current price. The minimum payment is 10 euro.

How secure is my payment?

All your payment details will go directly to the payment system through an authorized provider under a SSL 3.0 protocol and won't be available to any third parties.

Please use only your own cards. The payment systems reserve the right to undertake legal action in case of fraud.
